Retired?  What are you doing fo an encore?  Whether you've sung all your life, or just a little, you're invited to join the Laurel Lake Encore Chorale for a weekly rehearsal of seasonal and holiday music with conductor Donna Anderson.

Created for adults 55 and above, Encore Chorale is instructive as well as enjoyable.  Learn how to improve your voice as Donna guides you through weekly rehearsals in three and four-part singing.  Members of the Chorale come from diverse backgrounds from all over the Cleveland/Akron area.

Volunteer conductor Donna Anderson hummed her first Mozart melody at the age of five, and has sung in choirs ever since, including The Cleveland Orchestra's Blossom Festival Chorus.  Donna earned her BS in education at Kent State University where she also studied music.  A public relations specialist for Laurel Lake by day, Donna sings with The Stairwell Singers, a local ensemble, and has led the Laurel Lake Chorale for eight years.
